Annual Banquet/Bennett Spring Trip

Rescheduled for January 13th

The Winter Outing and Annual Banquet has been rescheduled for Saturday, January 13th; still at Bennett Spring;  Cookout still at noon at the Shelter overlooking the Spring; Annual Banquet still at the restaurant in town.  If you paid for December and are coming on Jan. 13th, just leave your name on the list; if you paid and you can’t come, get hold of Mark by phone (913) 915-1002 or e-mail MAJBORSER@aol.com and we’ll get your money back to you; if you were coming but hadn’t paid and still want to come, we’ll keep your name on the list; if you weren’t coming in December but are coming in January, give Mark a call or e-mail him to put your name on the list!

This year the Annual Banquet is moving to a new location. We will have our dinner at the Andy’s 417 Restaurant in the Best Western in Lebanon, MO. They are the same great caterers, just a new location.

A $15 advance reservation fee is required to hold a spot for these meals. The $15 will cover your meal cost (excluding drinks) at the banquet. The club will furnish lunch at the shelter across the river from the spring at noon on Saturday.

There are some fine places to stay while in the Bennett Spring region. It’s a good idea to make lodging reservations.
